Terrible.

Don’t rent from them. Upon move in, the appliances were dirty. (Washer & dryer)
Also, needed to send 3/4 maintenance requests before getting one response. 0/10

The new apartments at Sandhills

I think the Nexus Apartments are in a nice location. Wow ! Right behind the movie theater! You can literally walk any where. Rita's ,bilo , all the department stores, and last but not least the restaurants . I want to move myself and I pay rent for a house now. I am considering moving to Nexus at Sandhill .
