Quiet little apartment community and everyone is friendly as could be. Neighbors are great and the front office is super helpful. I have zero complaints about this place!

I moved out here about a month ago and so far, so good! It’s nice and quiet, which I really appreciate. The only downside has been that the pool hasn’t been open yet and I still don’t have access to the fitness room. Other than that, everything has been great. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Buildings are in good shape, maintenance is available via a ticket system, the grounds are kept clean, the front office is friendly and communicate important information timely. This is a safer community than many in the neighboring areas. There was a ton of extra parking and it will return once the road issue gets addressed. The secured laundry room was temporarily shut down while they swapped out machines and again when the pipes froze(thankfully they sent out tips to keep apartment pipes from... doing the same) and everything is back up and running. Mail gets delivered around 5pm and there are some issues with deliveries but that's not the developments fault and I've had to talk with the delivery driver and the customer service rep so they would get paid. Paying rent is easy however there's a fee to do it online. The app for the laundry room is okay however it locks you into a digital wallet. There was a food truck for Thanksgiving which was nice. I look forward to my time here.

Front office staff are friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond for their residents! The neighborhood is quiet and it seems like a good place to live.

Decent community when staying to yourself.nice quiet atmosphere!..would love and update on when the parking lot is going to get fixed..as the people in this area are being inconvenienced for what we're paying to stay..decent community other than that!
