Towers at Forest Acres

Great place to live and call home. With everything included in the rent makes it so easy to manage monthly bills. New office staff is welcoming and friendly. Maintenace gets work orders done in a timely manner, grounds and inside of the buildings are very well-kept and clean.

I have lived here for over 2 years. It’s very quiet, centrally located in the Columbia area and the neighbors are friendly. The staff is very helpful, and maintenance is great. Grounds are clean and buildings are very well kept being an older property. I give Towers at Forest Acres 5 stars.

I have lived here for a little over a year. It’s very quiet, centrally located in the Columbia area and the neighbors are friendly. The staff is very helpful in resolving and responding to any questions or issues you may encounter. I am not accustomed to apartment living but this has to be one of the best available with some smart home capabilities, utilities included and pets allowed. WHERE THEY DO THAT AT?!!!

The staff is friendly. That's about as positive as I can get. The tenants are disgusting and have no respect for their fellow tenants or the property. They empty their trash from their cars onto the parking lot. They don't bother to pick up up after their pets so there is dog excrement all over the place. That's just the outside, people. If you are okay seeing a trashy parking lot and seeing/smelling dog poop where you live, then you'll be fine with the building, too.

I’ve had nothing short of a great experience with the front office and staff. VERY accommodating. They always address concerns with a sense of urgency and professionalism. I feel very much at home here.
