The Heart of Fort Mill

If you want to live in the suburbs with all the amenities of a small city, Kingsley is your place! The apartment community is beautiful and well maintained with friendly staff who care. My favorite things are the conveniences that come with the location. Surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Fort Mill, fitness (yoga, orange theory), spas and more. You literally can walk or take a short drive to get to anything. There are also parks and trails around that also host nice events throughout... the year. Overall, I couldn’t have found a better place to land in Fort Mill. Come see for yourself!

Living at Kingsley has been amazing. The convenience to dining and shopping is what led us to choose this complex. Neighbors have quickly turned to friends and our girls love the dog park. Highly recommend moving to Kingsley!

I have been here 2 months and have enjoyed every minute The area is walkable, nearby eateries and shopping. Proximity to Charlotte also provides a quick ride to work and city venues. Additionally, the staff has been very friendly and approachable.

Fabulous amenities at Kingsley , something for everyone Pool, gym, grills , dog park ,’dog wash , car wash etc
Kingsley crew are personable and available to assist their residents
Fabulous location close to I77 , Hwy 160
Great walking , restaurants and shops
