Living at Kingsley Apartments has been an excellent experience from day one. The community is well-kept, comfortable, and truly feels like home, but what really sets this place apart is the staff.
The leasing team is fantastic—friendly, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. From the first tour to move-in and beyond, they’ve made everything smooth and stress-free. They communicate clearly, respond quickly, and genuinely care about residents’ needs. It’s refreshing to deal with a team... that treats you like a person instead of just another application.
Maintenance at Kingsley is just as impressive. Requests are handled promptly—often the same day—and the technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of your space. They don’t just fix issues; they make sure the job is done correctly and check that you’re satisfied before leaving.

Kingsley must be the best apartment complex in Fort Mill. All of the staff are fantastic. Maintenance requests are completed very fast. Grounds are kept immaculate. Apartments are well insulated; my highest electric bill in the 3 BR apartment was $112 this last year. So many restaurants within walking distance. We will be living here until we buy a house.

Kingsley apartments is an excellent place to live. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance is always there to help right away, and the front office staff is friendly. Plus, everything you need is close by!
