I love living in Kingsley! The amenities are the best I’ve seen in the area, they are pet friendly and the leasing and maintenance staff are always so pleasant and quick to help. They also host a couple of events each month which is a great way to meet other neighbors.

I would just like to take this opportu it’s to say how excited I am to became a resident at Kingsley!
The staff is amazing they went above and beyond to make my very stressful interstate moon a smooth transition. They are always available to provide information answer questions and assist with anything else I could possibly need.
I highly recommend this community

I recently moved into Kingsley, and the experience has been wonderful from day one. Cam and Meg were exceptional throughout the entire leasing process—organized, attentive, and always quick to answer questions. They made everything feel easy and genuinely cared about helping me, hubby and my pets get comfortably settled.
Amy, the Property Manager, has also been fantastic. They’re warm, approachable, and clearly invested in creating a welcoming community. Every interaction with the team has... shown how dedicated they are to keeping things running smoothly.
The neighbors I’ve met have been just as friendly, which makes coming home feel even better. I’m really happy to be here.
