The inverted floor plan boasts a main living area with Brazilian teak flooring, a gas fireplace, a large-screen TV with HD cable and surround sound, and a gourmet kitchen with a sitting area perfect for watching the sunrise over the ocean. A separate children's den and a sleeping loft/game room provide additional entertainment space. The open, three-story tower foyer and staircases connect the living areas. Amenities include a gas fireplace with remote control, high-speed wireless internet, a gas grill, and keyless entry.
A 3-car garage is available. Beach gear rentals, including bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas, can be arranged through a preferred vendor. Grocery delivery, in-home chef services, and babysitting services can also be recommended. Guests towing a boat must obtain a temporary boat decal and pay seasonal fees. Golf carts must be battery/electric powered and operators must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver's license. A Social Membership provides access to 2 community pools at the Beach Club, with a temporary club membership available for $200.
Oceana Verde is located in the very private, oceanfront, gated community of DeBordieu Colony, near Pawleys Island, South Carolina. This community offers miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. For a fee, most homes and villas offer on-site private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options.
All properties are non-smoking homes and villas. A $500.00 fee will be charged for violations of this policy and billed to the credit card on file. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book a property. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. A $100 holdover fee will be charged if the property is not vacated by 10:00 AM and housekeeping has arrived, with additional hourly fees thereafter. Limited early check-ins (12:00 pm) and late check-outs (12:00 pm) may be available for a fee of $125 plus tax, and must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to natural disasters, guests must vacate the premises immediately. Unless Travel Insurance has been purchased, there will be no reimbursement for a mandatory evacuation.
All reservations include a luxury linen package with sheets, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, and bath towels. Your beds will be made and towels will be set out in the bedrooms. Crib sheets and beach towels are not supplied. Guests are responsible for bringing staple kitchen items such as salt, pepper, wraps, paper products, soap, laundry, and dish detergent, and beach towels.
