The oceanfront primary suite is located on this level. The second floor offers six additional guest suites, many with private porch access and ocean views. The top floor is dedicated to recreation with comfortable lounge seating, a ping pong table, and stunning ocean views.
Guests receive a VayK Gear credit of up to $50 per day toward beach gear rentals, which can be used for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, and beach carts. Vehicle gate passes are required and cost $20 per car. Boat towing requires a temporary boat decal and seasonal fees, with summer fees at $200 per week, $100 for 72 hours, and $50 for 24 hours, while fall-spring fees are $100 per week. Battery/electric powered golf carts are permitted for those 16 years of age and older with a valid driver's license, and operation is limited to daylight hours. No firearms or fireworks are allowed at any time. No nuisance, excessive noise, or unseemly behavior is permitted. Guests are advised to exercise caution with residential elevators, and children are not to play in or around the elevator or use it without adult supervision. All doors should be kept locked when the elevator is not in use. Use of the elevator is at the guest's own risk. The elevator is provided for loading and unloading, or for the disabled, elderly, or those otherwise unable to use the stairs. Under no circumstances should unsupervised children be allowed in an elevator. A release must be signed before access to the elevator will be issued. Elevator sizes and capacities vary, and properties are not represented as American Disabilities Act compliant. No refunds, discounts, or transfers will be made for noise, obstruction of view, or any other nuisance caused by construction activity. Mandatory evacuations may occur during hurricane season, and guests must vacate the premises immediately.
