Operators must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license and operate only during daylight hours. In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to natural disasters, guests must vacate the premises immediately. No refunds or discounts will be made for noise or nuisance caused by construction activity. The elevator is provided for loading and unloading, or for the elderly or disabled, and children should not use it unsupervised. Use of the elevator is at the guest's own risk, and the owner and agent are not liable for any accident or injury. A $500 minimum charge for carpet cleaning and flea control will apply if a pet is discovered on a property not designated as pet-friendly. Houseparties are not permitted, defined as a group predominantly of unrelated persons under 25 years of age. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets. Guests are liable for damage due to intentional, willful, reckless, or malicious acts, damage by pets, theft, gross negligence, intentional misuse of furnishings, damage while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, damage to real property from vehicle operation, or damages related to smoking.
