Coventry Green

Every month there is a new fee added on to your bill. There is trash everywhere and people have old furniture and junk on their porches. Kids are always screaming and running up and down the stairs. They want to charge a trash fee, but the dumpster is overflowing most of the time. They also have a new $35/month fee if you want your porch screened in which is ridiculous. The whole community smells like marijuana. There are muddy ruts in the grassy common areas that have been there for months. the process of applying and moving in was great. the staff all from the leasing office and maintenance was wonderful. The property manager Val and the girls in the office was amazing walking us thru all the process. the day of our move in was smooth Rus the service manager came by and let us know if there was anything we needed with the apartment to let him know that they will resolve it. they made the stress of moving into a great experience

We are moving here from PA and love the ladies, Sam and Jovi in the leasing office!!! They have the best customer service skills!! They are sweet and understanding and absolutely helpful!!! We are looking forward to our move in date! The area is very clean and quiet!!!

I was referred by a friend and coworker from the NWS and needed to move off base. This place is close to work, and feels homey and in a nice area. It can be hard to get a place here because it stays full . When I visited the office it was busy and I had to wait, but my friend and I shot some pool and talked to some of the people that live at the complex. We were coming into town to look at a couple of apartments a month before moving to Charleston for a short weekend visit. Because of our time crunch, we made sure to make appointments to view the apartments we had narrowed down to. I was excited having seen the good reviews of Coventry Green and they were very nice and helpful on the phone. However, once we arrived for our appointment (10 minutes early) there was no one to be found in the leasing office. While waiting, someone else showed up at... the office to wait too. We decided to wait around and sure enough the worker was showing someone else the apartment which was great (a place with demand is a good sign)! The worker greeted the other guest first then looked at us and asked what she could do for us. I told her we had an appointment and she said to me "appointments do not matter here, it is more first come first serve so I am going to help her first". Due to having other appointments I asked how long that would take and she said "however long it takes to get her set up, you can come back tomorrow if you can not wait". The other lady did not have an appointment and was put ahead of us. This is incredible unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome and unwanted after having driven over 30 minutes to and from our hotel to come and look at this property. We left due to being under time constraints with other appointments and having been treated rudely. We received great service from ALL of the other places we looked at. Make sure you are getting good service from the beginning, because if not who knows how many people they will put before you if you have a problem or emergency with the apartment once you are under contract and can not just leave!
