The Property Manager is incredibly disrespectful and rude to tenants. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and have had nothing but negative experiences with Ronji, the PM. My neighbors and I have compared stories and she is very unprofessional to everyone. They do not enforce the noise ordinance and many neighbors blast loud music late into the night. The parking is a disaster with not enough spaces for tenants vehicles and it’s a constant battle to find a spot if you have more than one vehicle.... Emails are sent out last minute threatening to charge tenants high fees if they do not do what’s asked by management. There is zero hospitality when it comes to how this place is managed. Read More

A great place to live, easy access to St. James, the office staff are lovely, the maintenance is ready to assist us, the common areas are constantly cleaned, the neighborhoods are good people, well lit common areas and celebratory events are always welcome.

Whenever I make a request for my apartment, maintenance gets to it no later then the next day. Office people are always very helpful and sweet. I enjoy the area, my neighbors and my home. I only wish there was more parking.

If I ever need anything the office people are always there to help me. I never have to wait long for maintenance and my home has everything I need!

The maintenance has always been on top of it I will give them that. BUT whenever we moved out, we had left the place move in ready. They still found a way to charge us for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. Even after requesting pictures and not seeing what they could POSSIBLY be charging us for they just stopped responding.. Shame to end on such a bad note.
