OFFICE STAFF MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

I moved into my apartment in 2020 and my experience has been up and down. Today as i turn my keys in, I have to let it be known that ONLY becasue of Jasmine and Shaniqua, i had hope with Marrington Village and I stayed. There compassion and empathy to just make sure we as residents are okay, is what this property needs and please keep these kinds of employees in place.

HORRID -HORRID

We have lived here for a year. The prior owners cleaned out office staff and were really making headway. In September, this new company bought it. No one in office for weeks, at one point phone lines disconnected. Maintenance men always at their own houses. been 3 months waiting on bug man and leak to be fixed. hired own bug man. they shut down online payments, MO only. MAGICALLY, they lost the money orders. not just for me, but multiple tenants. TERRIBLE> RUN.
