Maintenance is always there when we need them. The property is looking much better with the new landscape company, with their attention to the trees and shrubs. I still wish some residents would have more respect for others with there outside music. Also wish some residents would understand that the state of their front porches effects the look of the whole community. We enjoy living here and plan on staying another year.

We have lived here for nearly 3 years and dont have any complaints. The leasing office staff have been really nice and helpful. The rent is such that we can afford it. The location is perfect, right off of Woodruff Road and across Bell Rd from a great church. Family friendly, safe community. We love it here and hope to be here a while longer.

We took a walk in the neighborhood today as we are moving in and it is beautiful and peaceful. We felt safe and relax our daughter riding her bike she truly like it here.

My experience at Bellwood has been okay haven’t been too happy lately I was actually loving it out here but these apartments need updated appliances and I’m so over the bugs.but I love the area I’m in it’s peaceful .

We have lived here for nearly 3 years and it's been great! Great location, right off of Woodruff Road with plenty of food and shopping, and Lidl is right across the street. Great church community at Woodruff Road Christian Church. All in all it is a wonderful neighborhood
