How Is This Rating Determined?

Don’t waste you time

As a former resident, I felt compelled to leave a review after seeing how much this community has declined since the new management company took over—particularly when it comes to maintenance.

When I first lived here, maintenance was reliable, timely, and handled by experienced staff who clearly took pride in their work. After the new company took over, much of that competent maintenance staff was replaced, and the difference has been very noticeable. The current maintenance team does not...
provide the same level of service, attention to detail, or professionalism.

Requests were often delayed, poorly handled, or marked complete without actually fixing the issue. It became frustrating dealing with repeat problems that should have been simple to resolve.

There also seemed to be a clear lack of communication and accountability compared to before. What used to be a well-run, comfortable place to live no longer felt that way by the time I left.

It’s disappointing to see how far things have slipped. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, invests in experienced staff, and makes the necessary improvements for current residents.

Kennel in a junkyard

Terrible parking, units allowed to have 3-4 vehicles a piece, operable or not registered cars fill the lot. Dogs barking, animal waste and trash sitting out all day & night is typical. Previous management and team has all been replaced. New management team & company are exactly the same & have done nothing to make it better while raising prices and never responding. It’s a shame because units are nice and maintenance is great.

Poor management and property

There has been a change in management over the last few months. They have been incredibly rude in the front office and have not cared about the tenants in any aspect. The gym and front office has been closed for months due to flooding, yet we have still been paying for those amenities. Overall can’t wait until the lease is up to move out of these terrible apartments.

Uncurteous and Rude Front Office Staff

There are better places to put your money. The leasing office as a whole is incredibly unhelpful, and on the few interactions I had with some members of their front office, expect for it to be impossible to contact them unless you visit the office, because they don't answer the phones. Recently started construction without letting any residents know, starting at 8 am continuing late into the night. Even though they have "quiet hours" the apartments themselves don't abide by them, they have been... working all week ripping drywall, making banging noises and leaving on fans loud enough to hear from the parking lot in an attempt to "expedite renovations", however not only were we not informed, but as mentioned the fans have been running 24/7. You do not want to stay here it will be one problem after the next.

Trying but not making it

The new property management company has been here 9 months and there have been many problems that take forever to resolve. You pay for a gated community but it hasn't worked in 1 year. The office flooded and the fitness room has been closed for a month. You are forced to pay $30 for valet trash which is inconsistent. Be careful when you lease as the price changes daily and can vary up to $100/month. At least a third of the landscaping is dead.
