Don’t waste you time
As a former resident, I felt compelled to leave a review after seeing how much this community has declined since the new management company took over—particularly when it comes to maintenance.
When I first lived here, maintenance was reliable, timely, and handled by experienced staff who clearly took pride in their work. After the new company took over, much of that competent maintenance staff was replaced, and the difference has been very noticeable. The current maintenance team does not... provide the same level of service, attention to detail, or professionalism.
Requests were often delayed, poorly handled, or marked complete without actually fixing the issue. It became frustrating dealing with repeat problems that should have been simple to resolve.
There also seemed to be a clear lack of communication and accountability compared to before. What used to be a well-run, comfortable place to live no longer felt that way by the time I left.
It’s disappointing to see how far things have slipped. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, invests in experienced staff, and makes the necessary improvements for current residents.
