god the residents and the people around the surrounding area are most quite and caring and its seems like home for awhile to me so we will see what transpire with the moving in part how it feels in the daytime when the people are here on Saturday.

leasing office is a little inconsistent. get things in writing if you can. hard to get an email too. overall though the area is good, proximity to dt simpsonville and greenville is nice

Everyone was very friendly and got me set up and in my apartment fast. Jada and Elena were particularly helpful in answering questions and ensuring my application was good to go.

I’m so happy to have found a place where there is quiet and the maintenance team actually knows what they are doing and comes on time to take care of the request. The office team is nice and is very helpful with your needs plus they have events to help bring the residents together.

My lease is ending in mid-april. In January, they called me to ask for lease-renewal but I was out of the USA. So, I told them that I am not planning to renew the lease and I will be back in the States in Februrary last week. They infromed me about signing the move-out form and I asked them to email that to me but they told me that it needs to be signed in-person and I won't be back till late Feb. They told me they would make a note of it and then I can drop by at the leasing office and they... will sort it out. Fast forward to March 9, I went to the office and told them about my intention to move out and they told me that I need to give them at least 60 days of notice according to lease agreement and I will have to pay 1.5x rent from the date my lease end to the date I can move out on May 9. Their excuse was that they could send out the move-out form on email while someone on the call clearly told me that's not possible.
