Haven’t had a working refrigerator since June (now 4 months). Constantly back and forth with new excuses from the office.
AC has had issues and is now non-functioning. Hasn’t been addressed. Emergency work orders do nothing.
Took 6 months when I first moved in to even get kitchen cabinets.
Pest control never comes.

Breach of the implied warranty of habitability. No working AC from Feb - Current (December), water turning white clothes black, and continuous bug bites.

Management refuses to do anything about occupants who abuse the parking by bringing in multiple vehicles. Every time I leave for work I have to wonder if I will have a space when I get back home. Also, they refuse to fix anything. I have complained about a roof leak since I have been here. The ceiling is leaking, the knockdown is literally coming off of the ceiling. We told management about it in May, Even showed pictures of it, this is November and still nothing has been done.
