Excellent

Management staff are excellent and know what they are doing. Not only do they know what to do, they actually do it correctly and in a timely manner. I think Augusta Commons is a great choice.

Love this place

I was looking for a home for my daughter and I. Didn’t want the standard apartment but wanted all the modern day bells and whistles that come with an apartment community. I had never heard of Leo at Augusta Commons but thought it was too good to be true when I seen it online. I called and came same day to tour and a week later I was in a 2 bedroom unit. It was the easiest move in process I have ever encountered. The lady who gave us the tour treated my daughter as her own and surprised her with... a fridge full of candy and drinks in the model home. The pool, playground, gym, staff everything is perfect here. It’s so well kept and looks like something out of a movie! I hear people have complained about the rent prices but I was in an apartment off riverwatch paying even more to be in a 2 bedroom upstairs without the garage and yard space. I think it’s more than reasonable for what is offered here. We are in love with our beautiful new home!!!
