Think again.
The level of unprofessionalism here is extremely disappointing. My maintenance requests have gone unaddressed for over four months, and when someone does come to the apartment, only a portion of the issues noted during the pre-move-in inspection audit are handled. Additionally, when I ask the leasing office for a timeframe on when the remaining concerns will be resolved, I’m met with attitude and no follow-up calls. I have also contacted corporate and left several voicemails, yet no one has... responded.
