It had been great living here , we enjoyed the great view and management team . If management likes their jobs and are happy and are nice and friendly, it travels down to the entire management team . Having people that you can relate to , is a plus. I always believe if management is upbeat and good honest people , easy to get along with Then it spreads across to the entire office management, then to the tenants. Makes every happy .

Outstanding service from the team at Silvana Oaks. I had been searching for my next home, not just a place to live. The team made me feel welcome, answered all my questions, and made sure I was satisfied. My apartment was ready in record time, the maintenance crew even replaced the carpet in less then 8 hours. I love the location and and it is so quiet.
I love being home.

Staff is awesome and friendly. Maintenance requests could be more timely but I don’t know how their backlog looks so that’s just my opinion. Everything else is immaculate besides my upstairs neighbor ALWAYS being loud even in the wee hours of the morning and letting her dogs go potty on their porch which then leaks down to my patio.
