My fiancé and I just moved into our first apartment, and the three ladies in the office made the entire process smooth from start to finish with their warm, friendly, and helpful attitude. The peaceful neighborhood is beautifully complemented by a small pond with a fountain at the back of the property, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere both day and night. The location is also incredibly convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies that make daily errands... and dining out so easy. I recently moved into Silvana Oaks on Labor Day and have been absolutely impressed with my experience so far. The community feels welcoming, well-maintained, and safe. The staff are incredibly helpful and professional—they truly go above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and cared for. Would not recommend renting here for a number of reasons. to name a few, management changed over several times while I was here and it made for an unorganized/dirty mess, both in the office and complex. This location is not the safest as we had multiple car break ins. Also I closed my account in full when moving out and have it in writing that I did so however, After turning in keys, turning off all access to resident accounts, and getting security deposit check back- we received a collections... dispute saying we did not pay them. When calling and asking they refused to speak to us or provide us with receipts of payment. I paid on time every single month never, had any complaints, the perfect tenant and yet these people did not care .They are unprofessional, They play with your credit, and are unsafe .
