Take your money some place else
Terrible customer service from the leasing office and no maintenance available on the property. I would break my lease if I could.

I have been living here over a year, and I have not had air conditioning in over 5 months. The office staff is so rude and unprofessional it’s unsettling. Maintenance never comes when a request is put in. These people do not even have a company to cut the grass! Which is something that WE as residents pay for! After all the complaints I’ve put in my rent went up over $100 with nothing being fixed. Save your money and lease elsewhere.

Maintence will not fix your problems, no matter how much you ask or how many work orders you put in. Beware though. You cannot hire your own plumber or you can own fines to the company.

The is the worst place to live. Management is unmanageable to say rhe least, they collect rent and that is their solely purpose and only concern. The don't even allow you to come to the office with concerns and will not respond to maintenance request. Save your money and don't bother.

The new owners suck. They don't wear ID's, you don't know who is who. They can walk into your apartment without announcing themselves and they will cover for one another. The rent is too much for these townhouses. You have a parking space right in front of your door, if somebody parks there you can't say nothing. They make up their own rules.
