Please treat the home and the grounds with the same respect as you would your own. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. No children under 12 years of age are allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots.
