Love living in Old Town Rock Hill

My wife and I love our location in down town Rock Hill! Being able to walk to Fountain Park and a variety of restaurants is awesome.
The Exchange is luxury living at its finest minutes from Charlotte . Were so glad we made the move!

Top of the game experience

Friendly office staff. Ease to complete the application and rental agreement process. So many amenities and property activities currently and planned for the future. Centrally located to restaurants, downtown activities and commute to Charlotte. This is the place to live and experience Rock Hill.
