The absolute worst place to live!

Dog crap city ... The amount of poop everywhere is unbelievable. A health hazard really. If you go to management about it, they tell you that if you cannot provide video evidence of the offenders, they can't help you. They "take pride" in the cockroaches, mice & trash we live with daily. If they actually enforced their own rules they'd make a killing on the fines. Those people never step foot outside their office and it shows. This management isn't even fit for McDonalds. They "pride themselves"... ... what an absolute joke.

Ascent has a groundskeeper that walks the property daily along with a maintenance staff and pest control who will be happy to assist your needs with a provided work order. We understand that... while we keep a close eye on things, help from our community / residents for these isolated violations can better assist us in holding the responsible parties accountable.

Love living here

I recently moved in. Brenda was an excellent help in this process. She walked me through the process and i love my new apartment. Could be 1 more closet in here but the pool makes up for it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

If I could give zero I would the prices are outrageous. If your in buildings 1,2,3,6,there is no parking you have to park at 11. Half the time internet is down and still have to pay $75 and cant choose your own provider pool is closed weeks at a time. Can hear your neighbors stomping around/yelling.And it always smells like Marijuana. Dog poop and spiders everywhere. All 4 Dumpsters usually overflowing. management does not care just here for the money

A letter addressing the new Assigned Parking System was sent to all residents on 10/30. Please look out for additional information from the office in the coming weeks. We have no control currently over the internet package that the previous owners... established during that time, however we are doing our due diligence regarding the internet package to find a better solution for the future. We have been made aware of that internet concern and it has not fallen on deaf ears. The grounds are cleaned every morning. We will ensure that the maintenance crew stays diligent. If you see an area that needs attention, please call the office, and report it. DLH cares deeply for our residents and makes it our mission to do our part to ensure our residents are taken care of. Don’t move here.

This company is awful do not waste your time or money renting from this company. there is no where to park. They have like 1000 apartments and 100 places to park. There isn't any designated parking for apartments. Its basically 1st come 1st serve. i see People parking on the side of the road. on the curbs. So many people have complained about this and they say they are working on it but who knows.

I WOULD NOT recommend living here at all!

This place is loud. Office personnel/mgmt doesn't care about you. It has become a dog park with barking dogs BEFORE 6 AM. No parking available and they will tow your car! GO ELSEWHERE.
