Not safe. Homeless people sleep outside on the steps where you enter the building and sometimes manage to get into the building. I have seen roaches in many of the hallways that will sit there for months.

Deciding to rent an apartment at the Aug Smith building has been such a great decision! Not only are apartments beautiful, the staff are wonderful. I walked in one afternoon without an appointment and Misty was willing/excited to give me a tour. She was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions while I was there and even in emails/over the phone. My experience has been nothing short of amazing and I am excited to be a resident there!
