The maintenance staff is so helpful and the office staff, specifically Bailee is great! She helped make the moving process go as smooth as possible and was a joy to work with. I highly recommend working with her to move into these apartments. The apartments are also well kept and the maintenance crew was happy to help me with any problems I have had for the few weeks that I have been here. Highly recommend this place!

We have been living here for just about a year and we have NO complaints! The office and maintenance staff are wonderful! The apartments are brand new with white cabinets and new appliances. Great neighborhood. Would definitely recommend living here!

Cheaper luxury apartment in town. Can't complain this place is awesome.

I’ve been a tenant for over 3 years now. The new management is horrible. Michelle is so unprofessional and all management cares about is money. They do have a gym and pool, but the gym equipment always disappearing there’s only about 2 weights left. Also, the pool is so tiny for the complex. We need a new pool on phase 2. Maintenance is also horrible, they never do routine checks unless you call, nor do they do routine pest control unless you call. I can’t wait until my lease is up to leave this... horrible place. Been living here for a year. Refrigerator went out and all my food spoiled. Fridge is under a 5 year warranty yet was told that I needed renters insurance to pay for that. Had an ac issue recently. Entire filter was clogged and shredded in the corner. Was brown like a sponge. Maintenance has never changed these routinely like they’re supposed to. All management cares about is getting their money and commissions when they rent these apartments. When you call the after hours maintenance lines, no... one answers and they don’t show up until a week later and find ways to charge the tenants for their subpar work. Read More
