Grand Oaks of Spartanburg

It's reasonably priced for apartments these days. That's the good part. It's definitely not luxurious. Tiny pool for hundreds of units. Tiny little gym that I don't feel safe using as a woman. It's in the leasing office building and creepy guys hang out in it. The worst part is that it's a free for all. Weed smoking, trash everywhere, nasty tenants. Leaking bags of trash outside the doors, etc. Loud people with no respect. Office only cares to put bodies in units. Anyone with a pulse. The club house is just a regular leasing office, does not have extra space for the residents to do a meeting or to do a gathering. Neighbors that's been here for a couple of years keeps smoking weed. Staff are very rude.

This place sucks, the residents smoke weed and the smell reeks. Staff is very rude and ignorant too, do not go here.

The maintenance staff is so helpful and the office staff, specifically Bailee is great! She helped make the moving process go as smooth as possible and was a joy to work with. I highly recommend working with her to move into these apartments. The apartments are also well kept and the maintenance crew was happy to help me with any problems I have had for the few weeks that I have been here. Highly recommend this place!

We have been living here for just about a year and we have NO complaints! The office and maintenance staff are wonderful! The apartments are brand new with white cabinets and new appliances. Great neighborhood. Would definitely recommend living here!
