The Charles on Liberty Street

The staff was outstanding! They were incredibly caring and went above and beyond to help me find a new place. Their excellent communication skills and ability to guide me through the entire process were truly exceptional.

I previously lived at the Bon Haven apartments but my lease was coming up and so I decided to tour the Charles. After living in Spartanburg for over a year now, I realized that I wanted to be able to walk to downtown.

Y'all, these apartments are so beautiful and it is such a great location! And they are much more affordable that I thought they would be given the quality and location.

Parking is horrible Only thing descent is your look of home. Save your money

We waited 5 days and still never got our background check and credit check completed, we needed immediate availability. Very poor communication skills by the rental agent. She locked her door on me, among other things. We had to move on to another property. We requested our Admin Fee back, she never even responded to our email. Also, lease details were incorrect, we were told we had a balcony and unit was on 2nd floor, but no balcony and on 1st floor.
