A place I can call home

The staff here is awesome! Very responsive and genuinely care about the residents in the building. Love the high ceilings and the natural lighting in my apartment. Nicest appliances I have ever had in an apartment anywhere. Location..location..location... the convenience of walking to get food or coffee is a major plus.

Convenient

Close to everything. Being able to enjoy downtown Spartanburg and all it offers in walking distance is perfect. Apartments are modern yet you are in a historic building. Coffee shop just downstairs is great just wish they were open at 7am.

If you want to live somewhere unique and full of history this building is for you. Great location, Sidewall Pizza and Pharmacy Coffee is downstairs. Plus ladies you can get your hair done downstairs before going out on the town. Don't worry gentleman there is a place for you to get your hair done while enjoying an adult beverage if you like before you go out on the town too.
