The worst decision of my life. The front office staff is awful—except for one girl who was actually helpful throughout this terrible experience. My dog has serious skin issues, which I clearly explained before even moving in. One of the main reasons I chose this place was the dog washing room, but it closes at 8 PM—and sometimes even earlier depending on their mood.

My dog needs to be washed frequently, so what’s the point of paying for a “dog washing area” that’s never open when you need it?... When I mentioned this to the assistant manager, all I received was disrespectful communication. I have never lived in an apartment complex where the dog wash isn’t accessible 24/7. I’ve reached out for a response and have heard nothing back.

Staff has one maintenance guy for the entire complex since I moved in.On top of that they do not show up to fix anything that needs to be fixed unless you go up to management yourself about 3 times to remind them and then it takes them 2 to 3 weeks to even show up to your apartment. Place is infested w bugs also had to get that out the way. The apartments look decent inside that’s the only good thing but they are infested. For the money that you’re going to pay it is not worth it . Oh yeah and... what that people are saying about the fire alarms are very true . It’s about five times a month that dumb fire alarm is going off and it stays on for a very long time. Place looks nice from the outside but inside is disgustingly infested smh .
