I was pleasantly surprised that there in unit washer and dryers, everything was pristinely clean and smelled good
All the appliances were clean and looked brand new and everything was working

Love living at Summerwind! The location is convenient and they have really started to show appreciation for residents by offering different activities/ hosting fun events for the community

Very good experience, the people is very kind and so helpful. The apartment is very nice.

The social area (Gym, pool and BBQ area) are very nice.

Just that I recommend to clean up a little more the building (hallways and the stairs )

I can tell now that the residents here are very friendly. The community seems very nice! I have noticed that the walkways in between buildings are a little bit dirty but nothing a good power wash can fix! Overall great review!!

Communication is terrible no one ever answers the phone during “business hours” take days to return calls. When I first moved here I never had these issues but ever since they switched companies it’s been terrible I will not be renewing lease here when it’s up!
