I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this community! The staff are kind and helpful, maintenance team quick, effective courteous. The grounds are kept tidy and well maintained; the lawn crew even makes sure to blow the leaves out from under our cars and any dirt or debris that gets on our cars!
Not to mention the community events and food trucks that are brought to us multiple times a month. Discounts are even given to residents just for living here!
The schools are plentiful and close, and in a... good area with plenty of shopping and grocery options near by.

They have been very friendly and fast to assist me. Upkeep on vents and filters were supposedly done but don’t know when. The only thing I would suggest would be if they enter a resident apartment and no one was there we would not know anything was done. A maintenance card or something telling the resident they were there would be helpful. I thank them for all there hard work and appreciate what they do.

The experience has been fantastic. Great amenities, great aesthetics, and great location. The only reason I give four stars, instead of five, is because I don’t see many people around the community right now. Probably because it’s so cold! I’d love to get to know my neighbors morez

The new management staff have been great. They are much more communicative of the events going on here, than the last group.
So, has the maintenance staff. They are very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile.

Has been my home for 4 years. About to renew my lease! Although there are things that can be changed, I understand apartment life and not everyone is on the same page sometimes. Management does an excellent job of communicating issues that need to be addressed. It's up to residents to follow through. I have the best neighbors!
