This home features dual downstairs master suites, each with a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The main level also includes a comfortable living room with ample seating, a 55" HDTV with premium cable, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy meals and beach-day snacks, and relax on one of the two screened porches, sheltered from the sun. Upstairs, you'll find a second large living room space with a sleeper sofa and two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom, with more porch seating off the second living room.
Parking is available with one designated parking space per unit, marked with the unit number. Additional cars can be parked in unmarked spaces near the property building. Please note that no boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles may be parked in the community lots without prior approval from the Homeowner's Association. A dryer is provided in the unit. Please note that no portable grills are permitted on balconies.
The Retreat at Glenn's Bay is situated on Glenn's Bay Road, a golf cart-legal road with a 30 MPH speed limit. A short left turn from the complex leads you to downtown Surfside in just 2 minutes, offering delicious eateries and nightlife. Approximately one mile further is the Surfside Pier, featuring additional dining options, ice cream shops, retail, and public beach access with golf cart parking. Grocery stores are within a 10-minute drive, with Piggly Wiggly less than 1/4 mile away and accessible by golf cart.
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Events are not allowed. Guests are asked to run dishes through the dishwasher and put them away, put towels in a pile in the bathrooms, and leave all bed sheets and pillows on the beds. All food must be discarded from the refrigerator/freezer and cabinets, and all trash must be disposed of in the outside receptacle. Please turn off all lights and appliances, set the A/C to 74 degrees, and close and lock all doors and windows. Please check the unit for any left-behind personal items. Pool hours are from 9 AM to 11 PM. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the pool area. Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in the pool area and court side. First Aid kits are located on pool decks next to the emergency phone. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners regarding noise levels.
