There is a noise detector installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors. Absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large parties/events are permitted. The maximum number of house guests must equal the maximum number of sleeping accommodations our home allows for 8 guests. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Golf cart use is strictly limited to guests who have paid the additional fee. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed indoors.
