It has been good over all. The place is nice. Have had some issues with maintenance not calling before entering or not coming to fix a stove until a week later. I think they are short staffed with them.

Not a super great place to live they don’t have pest control like they should, they got roaches, they switch property ownership every 3-5 months which makes everything chaotic, they don’t care about the residents just the money.

Very tight community, quiet and peaceful. We love the nature trails and the fact it has a gym. The business center is a plus as well. The two pools are a nice touch.
