Liking it so far ! I was a bit skeptical at first, as all the information I got initially regarding the apartment was not true, and I didn't find that out until AFTER I was locked in a lease with them. Some kitchens are VERY outdated ... the complex is nice and safe nonetheless.

Outstanding Leasing Team and Beautiful Community!

Cobalt Springs has been a fantastic place to call home. The leasing team went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress free. They were friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions I had.
The community is clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The apartments feel modern and updated, and the amenities are a great bonus. Everything from move in to daily living has been smooth.
I highly recommend Cobalt Springs to anyone looking for a welcoming and well... managed community in Taylors!
