The community is great, I just don’t like the carpet outside the apartments, it gives off a smell & all the gnats in front of my door way. Also, I don’t like how the apartment was not fully checked out before I moved into the apartment and I have to check out everything, was told I was getting a fully renovated apartment and did not, it looks old and I don’t think the cleaners did an inspection or any cleaning, the washer/dryer in the master bed room of a no for me and then having to pay for the... washer/dryer when we are already paying to use the water to wash, clean and bathe. Move-in day was a struggle due to the maintenance crew, but the ladies in the office are amazing and have done everything they can to help keep the process smooth.

The communication between staff and maintenance personnel needs to be better. The pool was supposed to open on memorial day day and it’s a week later it still isn’t open. My patio door is still broke. One of my friends dryers caught in fire 3 days after she moved in there.

Nice place to live. Clean, good landscaping and quiet neighbors. Staff is also very friendly and helpful and free snacks in the business office.

Roaches everywhere. The outsides of the apartments like before entering are not kept up. Neighbors leave their trash sitting outside for days before they go throw it away. Take forever to get the maintenance requested done. Prioritize less important stuff. Went without heat for like a month and a half! Etc
