I had to bomb my apt 3 times.. bee's coming inside my apt. Roaches in the light fixtures. Never know when a roach is going to appear

Great place to live

I have lived at Palmetto Place Apartments for over 5 years and I highly recommend living here. The property is well maintained and updated by an awesome maintenance team. Chris and Stefan are great at handling the maintenance work orders in a timely fashion. Teresa and Brittany are always eager to help when needed and always have a smile on their face. I always enjoy the events they put together for our apartment community. The events make you feel like family.
