Home sweet home

The gated community feels very safe and is always beautifully maintained. The amenities are top-tier—the zero-entry pool feels like a resort, the 24-hour fitness center has everything you need, and my dog loves the pet play park. Inside the apartments, the layout is spacious with high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. What really sets this place apart is the management and maintenance teams; any request is handled quickly, and they throw great... community events. Plus, the location near Lexington Medical Center and downtown Columbia is incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!"

More than an apartment—it’s a community!!

I’ve had a great experience living at Abberly Village and continue to enjoy it. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to live, and I would definitely recommend it.

Great Place To Live!

My wife and I are retired and we really enjoy living in Abberly Village. We find the village quiet, believe it to be very safe and anytime we need something repaired or replaced, they are quick to respond. The property management are friendly, professional and very responsive. Lastly, the pool is one of the nicest in the area - it's a real gem!
