Nothing is maintained, the Gym, Recreation room or your apartment. If you text the office with a problem in your apartment it is ignored. If you go into the office, the office mgr is irritated, and shows no interest in fixing the problem in the apartment. Now this not petty things, major things, big things that are wear and tear items.

Pretty run down place. A lot of people have been moving lately.

I’ve lived here 7 years or so. The staff is great for taking care of a problem if you have one. Apartments are well kept and entryways are always clean. This neighborhood is very quiet. Most residents are friendly. Would be a great place to live if you are looking.

It’s been a month since moving into Lyncrest Manor. The move in process was easy and I already feel comfortable with calling it home. Besides the nice, clean neighborhood it’s in and it’s amenities, I’ve been most impressed by the people here. From other residents to staff, it’s helped make me feel very comfortable in this new chapter of my life.

I have enjoyed everything about my moving experience to lyncrest.. Love the apartment but even more importantly they made the application process seem easy.. They also found a way to show me the actual apartment instead of just the videos and pictures that so many other apartments are doing.

In comparison to newer apartments, the quality of the construction, value, and attention to design is superior. The apartment design is both stylish and functional. Cable TV and a garage included in the rent is icing on the cake.

The staff shows their pride in ownership with the cleanliness and upkeep of the property.
