Nice having the utilities paid for, other than that it’s an okay apartment. Typical new construction; cheap and fast, nothing special about this place.

Although the townhomes have the potential to be beautiful after the hassle of placing work orders that are rescheduled multiple times for various construction flaws such as major air drafts and lifed flooring panels, powderhaus and its management have issues. The cable portion of the agreed upon bulk cable and wifi package has been non functioning now since we moved in 3 months ago. Management said they are working on reimbursement for the cable. They came back with giving us $8 a month, which... is the deal they get thru midco for bulk services. We did not think we were being reimbursed fairly for cable that the lessor said would be ready since we wouldn't be able to get a cable package for $8 anywhere in the interim. So my fiance voiced her concers about this with management, and they did not respond with any solution or action plan until I reached out again, along with posting a negative review. They then reached out to me and said they needed approval from ownership to credit each tenant back our proposed $65/month. Four days later, they let us know they were approved to offer $60/month. We felt it wasn't worth it to fight for the extra $5/month but were happy to come to some sort of resolution.
