Great place to live

I’ve lived at the Summit for over a decade and love it here. Everyone in the office and maintenance is amazing and quick to help with any issues. Great place to live and a beautiful complex! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place in nice and upcoming neighborhood.

Great staff

The folks in the office and the maintenance team are top notch. Whenever I had an issue, even during the height of covid, they'd go out of their way to help me. And I never had a problem with loud neighbors, which was really important to me. The only blemish on my experience here was an attempted break in (it's antioch), but when I expressed that I didn't feel safe in that particular apartment anymore, they moved me to a top floor location close to the office security, and waved any transfer... fees that would have otherwise occurred.

It has all the amenities and conveniences you could want!

The apartment layout is great! It has all the amenities you could want. A clubhouse, exercise room, pool and more.It’s so convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. Just a few miles from the interstate too. My granddaughter lives here and she loves it!

Great place to live

The staff is great and attentive. Maintenance is also great. The property itself is clean and beautiful! The apartments are up to date and modern! would def recommend to friends!
