For this place to be as expensive as it is there should be free parking. My car has been towed and I’ve gotten numerous parking tickets. I can’t even have guests come over without them getting a parking ticket. It cost over 100 for garage parking which I think isn’t fair considering nobody got that shi these days and it’s already bad enough paying almost $1400 for a one bedroom.

Apartments are nice. I’ve only been moved in for about a week. They are so hard to get ahold to. Emailing and calling doesn’t work you have to actually go to the office.

I wish I could give 0 Stars. This building has serious ventilation and mold issues. Apparently we will have to consult an attorney to even try to recoup/replace and move. We have been offered a pitiful amount of money that does not begin to cover her expenses and loss. My daughter has emailed the manager regarding compensation but received no response. She moved here 2 months ago and is not financially prepared for another move and all that it entails. My advice~ DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Do not rent from here. I rented in August and my vents were FILLED with BLACK MOLD. Management has not taken this issue seriously and I have waited over a month for the vents to be cleaned. Huge health concern because I have had respiratory issues due to the mold. Apparently this mold is affecting a lot of the units, and they still rent them out…. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I'll begin with the Pros: Kind and helpful maintenance staff. All of my requests were fixed quickly. Building is clean and well-maintained. Safe, great proximity to bars and restaurants. Units themselves have big windows, large kitchen and bathroom(s).

However, management is disorganized. Before I moved in, I called multiple times to confirm my move-in date and time. When I arrived, the very kind, but new leasing assistant had no idea I was moving in - managers had not left my keys or any... instructions for him. It was resolved quickly, but shocking to arrive from out of town with your Uhaul and family/friends helping you move, only to be told that they didn’t know you were moving in.

Additionally, you may or may not get covered parking. Part of the reason I decided to live here is because it’s one of the few places I found with a parking garage within my price range. I was given a covered parking spot on my move-in day, only to have it taken away because it had been promised to a subletter who was moving in. Since August, I’ve been told that I would be on a waiting list for a covered parking spot. I’ve checked in with the managers every month, and finally was told I’d be getting a spot in December. Checked in with them again on December 7th, only to be told they’ve lost the waiting list in a computer system change and they would get back to me. I’ve emailed them and left a voicemail to follow up, but received no response. It’s been a frustrating experience.
