I wanted to share a positive experience with Aimee, the property manager. My son moved in around March 5, and although there were a couple of minor issues at first, Aimee addressed them quickly and professionally. She got right on it and made sure everything was taken care of.

Where do I begin... I have lived here one month.. Within the first 3 weeks living here I had a pipe burst in my apartment. It was a ton of water the issues wasn't addressed properly the first time I had to pull teeth to get them to come back and assess the problem. The noise level is ungodly. Unless you live on the 4th floor it is horrible and even then no guarantee. The walls are so thin the neighbor above me walks so hard I can hear every single footstep including his bed creeking at 3am. Not... to mention he sounds like he works out in his apartment so i am awakened EVERY MORNING at 5-6am to loud booming noise, its great for my insomnia. I have told office and wrote a respectful note to the neighbor politely asking him to please keep the noise down that early, we'll see if it helps. Another neighbor blasts music all night even though "quiet hours" begin at 10pm. The apartment building is clean and always has a pleasant smell. The location is nice and office staff seem friendly and willing to help, they have addressed most of my concerns in a timely manner and went above to get the move in date I needed. However, seems to be some turnover with the staff. No major issues with bugs but the seal on my patio door isn't tight so I get a few uninvited guest. I bought some trim to see if I can close the gaps. Parking is convenient. It's not a bad place to live its just rolling the dice on your neighbors and hopefully a pipe doesn't burst in ur apartment and they ignore you for over a week and just come paint over the stain. Muy husband and I moved into the apartment July 2024. We love it. The apartment is bright and laid out perfectly for us. The management staff is very helpful and friendly. the whole building is very quiet. Trash shoots on each floor make it very convenient without having to pay for valet trash collection as we found with some apartment. It is a very easy walk to the riverwalk, Ross's Landing and several restaurants. The pool is very nice, and we love having the pool and outside areas... surrounded by the building and not out in the open for everyone driving by. Our only complaint is the lack of inside secure bike storage. The common inside area is within the office, so any event or gathering is available only during office hours. The work out room is small but is clean and we never find it too busy. We love it here and plan to stay for a while! Read More

My husband and I moved into the Vista Cameron Harbor apartment complex in May, and we absolutely love it! Carolyn Townsend is extremely kind and helpful! The gym and pool are very nice, and I often use the office lounge to get work done and sip on coffee/tea. Cannot recommend this apartment complex more!!!

At first the complex was very nice. The leasing agent gave us a tour of a furnished beautiful model apartment. After we moved in, we noticed how filthy the complex really was. Tenants would leave garbage everywhere. Doors were always broken with no security. We were on the second floor and there were pet urine stains all over the hallways. It smelled of urine so bad and when we reported issues to management, they stated , " they were aware and would be having the carpets cleaned."
Our... complaints fell on deaf ears. They would have maintenance install air fresheners to mask the urine smell.
The pool was a nightmare and rules were never enforced. Large groups of young people would take over the grill area and drink heavily.
Parking was terrible with lots of thefts.
