Ashford Place Apartments

I recently had a problem with contractors coming over here and using electrical outlets on my patio for their air compressors, saws, charging batteries, and other types of equipment and not asking anyone. When they come here they stay all day and I am the one paying the electric bill to run their equipment and they are back today. When you inform the management of this they do nothing for you. These people stayed past 8:30 p.m. the last time they were here and using my electricity the whole time... . I suppose the

Everyone is so friendly and they really take the extra time to handle things.

The office staff out did themselves again! They decorated, entertained, and filled our atmosphere here at home with lots of genuine care and compassion. Way to go! Happy Halloween

I've lived here for 4 years.

- Buildings are disgusting. Carpets are stained and dirty, and the apartments themselves are underwhelming. The floors are that weird vinyl wood that's difficult to clean.
- Staff isn't very understanding or patient. They've gotten on me for having dishes in my sink during inspection. And I've been harassed with two lease violations that came out of nowhere. They didn't even try to talk to me about the concerns - I just got a letter from a lawyer. In the 4 years... I've lived here I have had ONE insufficient funds (due to my rent being stuck in another bank account), and they made me pay by money order for 6 MONTHS after that. Overkill much?
-Walls are THIN. You will hear everything. I mean everything.
- I hope my weed-smoking neighbors are being held to the same scrutiny that I am. I smell it coming down through my vents, in my hallway...

My stay was great, the staff was great and the completed any issue that arose in a very timely manner. Maintenance staff where easy to work with and listened to the issue at hand
