Cumberland Ridge is a beautiful-safe community with spacious modern apartments. The staff’s beyond friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions on top of planning fun activities monthly. This is the best complex in Clarksville.

Cumberland Ridge Apts are beautiful and spacious…it’s a safe and well kept community and I love living here. The staff in the office are beyond helpful and so friendly…always available to answer any questions on top of planning events for the tenants. Great apartments and a great staff.

Unprofessional and Poor Communication
The management at Cumberland Ridge Apartments is incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. They are unresponsive to concerns, often ignoring emails and calls, and when they do respond, they are rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting residents with legitimate questions, they make the process frustrating and difficult. If you’re looking for a place with reliable and respectful management, I would not recommend this complex.

I've lived here for a few years now and I've had a great experience. I haven't had issues with mold or mice. Any maintenance issue I had was fixed quickly. The area is safe and neighbors are friendly.
