Community is maintained well. Kids love the pool and it is very quiet here. Management and
Maintenance respond quick and professional. We love it here!

I enjoy living here. New management has started renovation and fixes and I love the care they give to the community. They maintain the yarn work and parking lots keeping it up nice.

Patios need to be built, the area need to be better maintained and look like a decent place. In the future a dog park would also be ideal but again that can be for a future time the biggest thing right now just needs to be maintaining the outside and making the complex look nice

I’ve lived here for 10 months now and I really like it. It’s nice, I feel safe, my unit is in a great location and for my first place in Memphis, it’s really good.
My biggest issue though is that I’m paying about $100+ more than the original lease I signed. The agent I signed with is no longer working at the complex but I was under the impression that since W/D would be in every unit, it would be included in the rent. At the time, my unit did not have a washer and dryer, but I was assured that... my rent would not go up once a washer and dryer was put in because every unit would have one and it was just gonna be part of rent. Four months later after I moved in and I finally got a washer and dryer, I started getting billed monthly For washer and dryer rentals and all I was told was “sorry for the confusion but this is how it is.” The same thing goes for an Internet package service that they offer and you can’t get out of it so I’m paying 60 extra bucks a month or something that I don’t use except Internet but they have like all this media stuff where you can get cable this and the other, but you can’t opt out.
Another issue that I found is that there is very little communication from the front office to everybody. During the earlier parts of the year, there were periods of time where we had no water because of the winter storms this that or the other, but we were never alerted that there was no water, we were never alerted that there were going to be periods where the water was shut off, we were never alerted that the water was going to be back on. And occasionally, when I’ve been here, my water has just gone out for no reason and then comes back on several hours later, but there has been no communication as to why or what happened.
The only time I’ve ever gotten calls from the front office is when I didn’t know that I was going to be charged for the washer and dryer and I hadn’t paid it and they were asking me to pay it, or when I’ve called several times asking questions for clarification on why I’m being charged for this and the other and then they finally get back to me.
So those are the biggest issues that I’ve had, however, everything else has been pretty good. I think the biggest part that keeps me saying is that the maintenance guys are the nicest people around. They’re very helpful and even if you see her on our property, they’re just very kind. Read More

apartments will eventually be raided with roaches! There is fee for every little thing! Apartment will fall apart before your lease is up! I wouldn't recommend this apartment to a homeless person on the streets.
