My roommate and I moved in last fall and its been solid

My roommate and I moved in last fall and its been solid. Only issue is the walls are a bit thin so you can hear neighbors sometimes but otherwise no complaints really.

The apartments are clean and spacious

Great place to live while finishing my degree at ETSU. The apartments are clean and spacious, and I love being close to campus but also near all the shops and restaurants on the north side of town. Management has been really easy to work with and they actually respond to emails which is more than I can say for my last landlord. The rent is fair for what you get and utilities haven't been crazy high either. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the Johnson City area!

Living here has been a positive experience overall

Living here has been a positive experience overall. The complex is well-maintained and I appreciate how quiet it stays even with college students living here. Perfect for someone who needs to focus on school or work.

The staff in the office are friendly and professional

Been here 6 months and very happy with our choice. The staff in the office are friendly and professional, always willing to help out when we have questions. Close proximity to ETSU was the main draw for us but we also love being near all the hiking trails and outdoor stuff that Johnson City has to offer. The apartment itself is modern and clean with good appliances. Only downside is there's no dog park on property which would be nice since we have a pup, but the nearby greenways work great for... walks.
