couldn’t be happier with our decision. From day one, everyone has been welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and well cared for, creating a peaceful place to live.
We love the sense of community here. It’s clear that both the management and the residents take pride in making this a great place to call home. Any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly, and the staff has been kind and helpful throughout the entire process.

This is the BEST place to live! I Love it here, and it is so convenient to everything, shopping, hospitals, ETSU, and restaurants. There is also some kind of an event to go to every weekend.
The Reserve is home, the community is very quiet and the grounds and amenities are well maintained. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to your needs and the office staff are very welcoming, and always eager to help. So this is why I call this home.

Everything has been great! The only reason I removed a star is that during the move-in process, the communication with the staff was quite spotty. I do understand that the staff was under a transition period during this time, but when it came to the legal paperwork and getting everything submitted, the communication was not superb.
