Not recommended......

The reason you get a one star rating is that you continue to raise rent and do not improve the grounds at all. You have made zero attempts to offer better amenities for the residents for what they are paying. The parking lot is falling apart in several areas and needs to be resurfaced and repainted. I think it is really stupid to have reserved parking when most apartment complexes do not and use parking stickers instead of charging for spaces. Management does not connect well with the residents... and the grounds beyond the front area are in desperate need of reseeding or resodding. The bushes damaged due to past work on the building need to be completely replaced (adding just mulch is not landscaping done right!!) As you can tell, you have a very long ways to go if want to have place for us to be proud of. Stonemark Properties is not the mark of excellence, but more like an example of mediocrity!!! Let's see if you guys in the front office get this through your heads!!! And instead of just bringing in lousy food trucks, offer more amenities for the residents!!! If you think this is not possible, just look at other complexes that keep their properties nice and neat!!! Let's see whether you have the audacity to initiate positive change. Judging by your present track record, I would not be surprised if you didn't do anything!!!
