We have now lived here 9 months, and I can 100% confirm all the good reviews are the truth. I have lived in several complexes in the city and Lovell Crossing is BY FAR the best! The community is fantastic; the location is perfect. The rent is reasonable and you don't feel like you're in an apartment. We absolutely love it here.

We’ve only been here a month or two, and honestly—it already feels like home. My wife and I checked out several places in the area, and not only was this one of the most affordable, it was by far the nicest. Clean, quiet, beautiful, and clearly taken care of by people who take pride in it.

What really makes this place stand out is the team behind it. From the leasing office to maintenance, pest control, landscaping—everyone here feels like one big, tight-knit family. They’re not just doing a... job—they know this property, and you can tell they’ve been here a long time. The way they respond, help, and handle things… it's professional, fast, and done with care.

We moved in and everything was spotless. New carpet, new flooring, even a brand new fridge waiting for us. The playground is great for the kids, and the tennis court, pool, grills, and putting green are real perks we didn’t expect to use so much—but now we love them.

Every single time I’ve had a question or even a small concern, someone’s responded right away. Maintenance doesn’t just show up—they show up with experience. Pest control is on it the second something’s reported. Landscaping is done weekly, and it always looks pristine.

As a veteran, I was in a situation that required moving fast, and the staff went out of their way to help. I’ll never forget that. It showed me this isn’t just an apartment complex—it’s a company that values people and runs like a well-oiled machine.

The women at the office were wonderful through my move in process. Maintenance was speedy and extremely helpful. Definitely one of my favorite places that I have lived.

Lovell Crossing is the BEST apartment complex in the Knoxville area! You will not find better staff that are always so kind and go above and beyond for you! The property is exceptional! Would highly recommend Lovell Crossing!
