Poor business practices
In a capitalist nation, the primary goal of any business is to make money—but there comes a point where that pursuit becomes neglectful, short-sighted, and ultimately unsustainable. During just one lease renewal, my rent was increased by $100, and I was suddenly required to pay for water and sewage—utilities that were previously included. In effect, I’m now paying more for less.
That’s not just frustrating; it’s the definition of a bad investment.
To make matters worse, the gym is poorly... maintained, and the units themselves are clearly built with cheap materials, hardly justifying the premium price they’re asking. While the on-site staff is friendly and professional, the company behind them clearly prioritizes profit over people.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating changes to rent and utility billing can feel. While adjustments are sometimes necessary to keep up with rising operational costs, we strive to control expenses to ensure our rates remain as... consistent as possible. We appreciate your comments about our staff and will share your concerns with the appropriate teams for review.
