I love living here!

I love living here! the maintenance team is incredibly responsive and professional every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been resolved quickly and thoroughly. The location is perfect with grocery stores park and public transportation all within an easy walk distance I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish and practical apartment.

Got Robbed & Apartment is Very Underwhelming

My apartment got robbed in broad daylight. I left my house for a couple of hours, and found my apartment ransacked. No one saw anything. The apartments are also outdated. The gate is NEVER closed. Maintenance never notifies you if they are coming in. They just unlock your door and enter if they can. If I wasn’t stuck in a lease, I would’ve left.

Descent

Maintenance can use some help in certain areas but other than that these apartments are very descent for a single person or a family and also the office staff is great one in particular Ms. Ebony is a joy she's very helpful!!!

Very good community

I've loved living here the past few years. The apartments are spacious and location is great! Maintenance is prompt and gets orders complete on time. You have to expect some noise since there are a lot of people around but overall its never out of control and people are respectful most of the time.
