Great location!!

Museum Lofts is a great place to live if you want newer apartments in a convenient downtown location. It’s clean and close to plenty of restaurants and things to do.

great place to live downtown

Really like living at Museum Lofts. The location in South Main is hard to beat, the building feels secure, and the apartments have a cool modern loft look. I can walk to restaurants, bars, and plenty of downtown spots without having to drive. Maintenance has been responsive anytime I’ve needed something, and overall it’s been a solid place to live.

Historic Views/Maintenance on point

Living at Museum Lofts puts you right in the middle of Memphis history. The National Civil Rights Museum at the Lorraine Motel is directly across the street, and seeing it from the building every day is something you really don’t take for granted. The South Main area is walkable, and close to restaurants, shops and some unique spots! It’s really a vibe to live with one of the most meaningful views in the city in my opinion.

WON'T RETURN SECURITY DEPOSIT

BEWARE!

I moved out July 31st and still don't have my security deposit or a letter explaining why I don't have it. I updated my forwarding address and banking info online as requested, and I have called REPEATEDLY and left messages as well as sent emails. I was able to speak to someone once, and they were supposed to check but never called me back.
