This property is really nice and the property management team is wonderful to work with. I would recommend it to anyone!

While searching and stressing like everyone else out here today, I ran across this complex here on Apartments.com. Sent an email Re: my interest in availability, etc. The response came so quickly, with all the information in 1 email of what and when an apartment I needed would be available, the requirements to rent, the application process, and an offer to tour the property(all in 1 email-I did not have send multiple emails or countless phone calls to grt all the answers I needed)! Who does... this? The staff at Kingwood Does!! I have spent countless hours and days going back and forth in the past with management companies and apartment complexes! This was a breath of fresh air!
Over the 2 month period while I waited for my apartment to become available The office Manager maintained contact routinely to keep me up to date and informed about what processes were next. The lease signing process was simple and quick, I was provided ample time to review my lease ahead of time and ask questions if need be. My apartment was completely move in ready, any Questions or concerns were immediately addressed by office Manager and maintenance supervisor. I have never met nicer, more caring individuals and felt more welcomed ever before!

It's quite, peaceful, and somehow it makes you feel like your not living in a city. A little old but it makes up for it with newly renovated apartments. The people are nice and friendly. With the rise in inflation its perfect as an affordable place to live.

I love living here! I am a student, so the location is very convenient to MTSU. The pool is so nice when it is so hot outside. My apartment was so clean upon entering. Carpets freshly shampooed, everything smelled clean, and very shiny. This is a huge upgrade from my last apartment in Murfreesboro. I am in a standard/basic unit, but everything looks great (not dated at all). Great place to live!!

I moved in about 2 months ago and so far it has been amazing! The property manager Christina is the nicest person to work with. Any little thing I had a problem with was fixed promptly, the maintenance guy Jeff has been a huge help. The rooms are nice and spacious, my neighbors are incredibly friendly and it's set right off the main road but doesn't feel like it. I absolutely love these apartments and don't see me moving anytime soon.
