I absolutely love my new apartment with saddlebrook apartments. As a disabled veteran I told them my needs and they have met every expectation that I had. They were very professional in guiding me through all the paperwork. Very patient as I have a hard time understanding and comprehending so they definitely took the time to make sure I understood. They were also very friendly with making me and my Emotional Support Animal feel very welcome to the community. The fixtures are all new and modern.... The flooring is new with new carpet. All new countertops. The maintenance crew also helped me in a matter of minutes from addressing an issue I ran into. I lived in Saddlebrook when I went to college. It felt so much like home, I'm moving back there to be closer to work! Safe, clean, quiet and just perfect!!

My family and I have lived here for almost a year and absolutely love it! The girls at the front desk are so sweet, and my son gets so excited to see them on the 1st to pay rent! The pool is great! There is actually enough seating for everyone compared to most complexes I've lived at. And.. it's actually clean!! We have yet to have any issues with our apartment. Appliances work great! We did need a new refrigerator the first month we moved in, but it was replaced the same day I told the office... about it. There's a decent sized dog area, and I have yet to have any issues with other tenants. They've also seem to be doing a bunch of updates, so I'm sure I'll have more positive things to say a year from now as well. Read More

Currently going on my third year in Saddlebrook Apartments. The office staff is exceptionally courteous and very knowledgeable about the units they've got for lease. The units are a little older, but clean and very well kept. Maintenance responds to emergency requests immediately--no matter what hour of the day or night, and less urgent requests are handled within the same workday. The apartments are all brick, very soundproof. There's a great workout room, and a sparkling pool open from... Memorial Day to Labor Day each year. Love this place and this app I believe this will be a perfect place for me because it's affordable. It is hard to get off work and make appointments to go see apartments this app does all the work for me and all I have to do is put it into action.
