A king bedroom with a twin trundle and smart TV, and an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower are also on this floor, along with a back patio with an outdoor dining table and seating. Please note that there is currently construction in the neighborhood, which may result in noise. Construction activity is allowed Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No construction activity that requires a permit shall occur on Sundays and City Holidays. For June, July, and August, construction hours are from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Exterior cameras are on the property for safety purposes. Please avoid glitter and confetti, and refrain from placing anything on the wallpaper. All decorations must be removed before check-out. The property is not to be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. Quiet hours should be observed, keeping outdoor noise to a considerate level. There is no smoking inside or within 25 feet of the property; a $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. If something breaks or gets damaged, please notify the host. The standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover, and the space should be left in a reasonably tidy condition. Luggage drops outside of the check-in window are not accommodated; luggage storage options nearby are recommended. Any stay of 3 weeks or more will incur an extra cleaning fee. Any requests to modify your reservation (not including cancellation) made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date will incur a $100 change fee. The primary guest must be 21 years or older, and photo ID information must match the information on the credit card. Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed. The property is suitable for children and infants.
