Please be aware that there is ongoing construction in the neighborhood, which may cause noise. Construction activity is permitted Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No construction activity requiring a permit shall occur on Sundays and City Holidays. During June, July, and August, construction hours are from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. The hot tub is serviced weekly, and the service technician must enter the house to service it. Guests must allow entry for maintenance. The ice maker is currently non-operable, but ice trays are provided in both freezers. Any stay of 3 weeks or more will incur an additional cleaning fee. Any requests to modify your reservation made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date will incur a $100 change fee. Guests must be 21 years or older to book, and photo ID information must match credit card information. Exterior cameras are on the property for safety purposes. Please avoid glitter and confetti decorations, and do not place anything on the wallpaper. All decorations must be removed before check-out. The property is designed as a peaceful retreat, and should not be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. Please keep outdoor noise to a considerate level during quiet hours. There is no smoking inside or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. If something breaks or gets damaged, please inform the host. The standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover; please leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a small fee, subject to availability. Luggage drops outside of the check-in window are not accommodated; luggage storage options nearby are recommended.
